The tutu comes in 3 sizes, each with adjustable 1" thick elastic straps for the perfect fit. They attach into a circle with a swimsuit hook for easy dressing. Measure your pup around the middle near the bottom of their rib cage. Tutu tulle DOES NOT EXTEND AROUND BELLY - this is is so your pet can use the bathroom while wearing the tutu and not get it dirty.
