You must contact me within 30 days of delivery.
If there is a sizing issue on the item - ie: it is not the size it should be according to the sizing chart on the website, please contact me, and I will assist you on making a return.
If there is a sizing issue because you did not measure your dog correctly, you may contact me or donate the item to a shelter. If the item is one-of-a-kind or a custom request, I cannot replace the item or issue a refund. In most cases of measurement error, I will not provide a refund or replacement. I have limited stock and ALL items are made to order.
Package Arriving Late:
I am sorry that your package has arrived later than intended. I strive to ship every order within 7 days of your purchase since I make every thing to order. I use USPS and they are currently understaffed due to COVID-19. I do not offer refunds on late packages.
In order for me to issue a refund for a missing package, you must provide proof to me that you have filed a report with USPS, then you must wait the full waiting period they require to make an investigation. I will issue store credit if your package cannot be found.
If your package was stolen - you must provide a police report for the stolen package. I will issue store credit after that proof has been acquired.
Please contact me, and we will go from there on a refund or replacement.
Currently, I am only shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
When you place an order, I will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items I sell are weight-based.
Shipping on custom orders
Please allow one week (7 full days) for orders to be completed prior to shipping. After the 7 day time period, you will be emailed with shipping information.
